"All my life I have been interested in form, shape and balance of a particular design. At 18, I worked for 11 years as a framer of museum quality art pieces. This provided me the opportunity to be continually stimulated by my client's artwork. I was influenced by many of the artists during this formative period in my life. I would spend a great deal of time trying to understand the artist's creative process, technique and methodology. This gave me the insight into the creative process that would lead me to step into my own world of creation."
"I work in all mediums of paint; oil, acrylic and watercolor as well as encaustic. Regardless of medium, I look at each as a way to express my passion for texture, movement, color and balance. My art allows me to express my feelings about life, time, love and creation."
